If you have a toddler (or pretty much any young child), you probably deal with tantrums.
Toddlerhood can bring incredible joy, curiosity, and exploration to our children and our families. It also brings sudden and intense feelings for both our little people and — in response — for us as parents. It can be an incredible challenge to meet these feelings in a way that keeps everyone’s sanity and connection intact.
Join us for a 90-minute workshop to learn about this fascinating part of childhood. Discover how we as parents can see these “meltdowns” as opportunities to help our children forge their budding personalities with greater openness, confidence, and flexibility.
You will come away with tools to use immediately in helping your child work through tantrums and other big feelings. We will also discuss techniques to help us as parents weather the more triggering parts of these early years and remain grounded in our values as we parent.
