My therapeutic approach includes a blend of traditional talk therapy alongside a variety of creative tools that allow us to safely explore our inner and outer worlds. My work invites curiosity and compassion, tapping into our inner child, nurturing our wounded self and giving expression to those misunderstood parts that long to be seen and heard.

I believe that therapy can be something that we want to show up for and that learning how to become more gentle with ourselves is the key ingredient for transformation and growth.
