I enjoy supporting my clients’ curiosity to explore what contributes to who they are and how they connect with the people in their lives. I work especially well with people who struggle with anxiety, relationship issues, sex and intimacy and life transitions.
I am trained as a Psychodynamic and relational Somatic (body-centered) psychotherapist; viewing the mind, body, spirit as a whole. I use breath work, gesture, sensory awareness, grounding and mindfulness as support in the therapeutic process.
I believe human connection is a revitalizing experience and invite the opportunity to support this possibility this through therapy.
