Part of the human experience is grappling with existential questions - what is the meaning of my life? Where and with whom do I belong? What values and beliefs shape my authentic self? How do I balance my longing for freedom with all of my responsibilities?
These questions can be challenging to explore alone - I strive to create a safe space where you can clarify your innermost thoughts, feelings, and motivations without fear of judgment. My style is to show you unconditional kindness coupled with honest feedback so that you might develop self-awareness. Insight into your undiscovered strengths and unconscious dynamics will give you the freedom to live your most authentic life.
My training and experience has focused on trauma-informed care for the LGBTQ population, particularly transgender and non-binary individuals of all ages. I have supported clients experiencing severe traumatic stress, grief, and major life transitions. My practice is transfeminist and sex/kink-positive with attention to both monogamous and non-monogamous relationships. —
