“Whatever you may be facing and wanting to confront, I am here for you.”
Are you feeling unhappy, confused, or stuck?
Maybe you are experiencing feelings of anxiety or depression? Do you feel like you can’t stop comparing yourself to others and find yourself having a difficult time making decisions about your life or repeating painful patterns?
Would you like to heal from past traumas, oppression, or painful memories? Or maybe you just want to have a deeper and more satisfying life or relationship?
Whatever you may be facing and wanting to confront, I am here for you. I am a relationship-oriented, non-judgemental, and transparent therapist that wants to empower you to be your best self by helping you learn to follow your intuition and speak your truth.
Being witness to the courage and vulnerability that others demonstrate is powerful and the start for many on the journey of deep healing. . . mind, body, and soul.
Seeking support can be difficult, but often is the key to reclaiming more of your wholeness in order to peel back the layers and understand what is motivating your behavior and choices. I believe change is possible and most often occurs when people feel heard and safe in relationships, both with themselves and others.
In our work together I will help you develop insight and confidence in order to restore balance and peace in your life.
I want you to feel heard, seen, and understood.
My hope for our work in therapy is to help you on your personal growth journey, as an individual; improve communication and limit-setting as a family; and reunite you as a couple. During our time together, we might collaboratively explore how the relationships in early childhood and the stories that you hold about yourself and your experiences contribute to the foundations of which you view the world.
Or we might notice how patterns and different communication styles are impacting the dynamic, but that the foundation is already solid and there are things in the relationship that are already working. Whatever you want to explore, I will use an empathetic, creative, appropriately humorous, no-nonsense approach, aiming to understand your concerns without judgment while also providing a caring and honest outside perspective.
Some areas we may explore include:
Finding the best fit when searching for a therapist can be challenging, but not impossible. I look forward to connecting with you soon and starting the therapy journey together.
