“My goal is to make you feel safe, secure, and heard while guiding you through the healing process.”

We are all living through difficult times. If you’re stressed about work, having difficulty navigating through relationship issues, going through some tough transitions or just feeling blue. Getting to a better place starts with you taking the first step towards your healing journey.

If you are ready to start your healing process, I’m ready to help. My goal is to make you feel safe, secure, and heard while guiding you through the healing process and providing you the tools to take each step of the healing process one day at a time. I believe in the process, and believe that change starts with clear goals and consistency.

Depending on your situation I may integrate a Positive psychotherapy, CBT, DBT, solutions focused, mindfulness, or self-compassionate approach to guide our time together. If you would like to learn more about how therapy can help your situation, please reach out today.

Send us a text! We're here on weekdays from 9am - 9pm.
