I see therapy as an opportunity to gain new perspectives and insights on how to connect with others, deepen relationships and effectively cope with stress. Therapy can be a path towards becoming unstuck, regaining a sense of pleasure and creativity in your life.
I have experience working with a wide variety of clients, including individuals, couples, young adults and students. In addition, I work with individuals and couples in pre-natal counseling as well as parenting support, helping people negotiate such issues as division of labor, baby/couple balance and parenting styles. In addition to my practice at The Well Clinic, I am the Co-Clinical Director of the San Francisco Chapter of A Home Within, an organization that seeks to heal the chronic loss experienced by foster children by providing lasting and caring relationships to current and former foster youth.
