Relationship to ourselves and our relationship to others are inextricably linked. How we interact with others offers valuable insight into how we interact with ourselves. Shifts in one inevitably create a shift in the other. By looking at these relationships, therapy holds, examines and processes our psychological struggles. The combined experience between therapist and client, offers the potential for growth and change. Simply put, therapy will be a collaborative effort - between you, the expert on you, and me, the expert on how our minds work. Together, we will focus on understanding your struggles, transforming old and unproductive patterns, and creating space for greater flow and honest expression in your life.
