Therapy sessions are by appointment only and are 50 minutes in length; longer sessions are available by prior arrangement.

Life challenges come to us in many forms that we feel play out internally, interpersonally, and behaviorally. Often when facing challenges big and small our response can be counteractive to our well-being; we freeze and resort to avoidance, we distract ourselves with other people or tasks, we bury them and act like “everything is fine”, or we spiral while immersing ourselves unhealthily in the issue.

My goal as a therapist is to collaborate with you and support you in developing tools and a mindset to access your strengths, self-compassion, and internal creativity to work through life’s challenges and create healthy boundaries. I focus on creating a therapeutic environment where feelings can be safely observed and worked-through with the client in the driver’s seat.

I bring to the therapeutic space a client-centered approach drawing from various practice areas. I studied psychology and Art at UW-Madison with a focus on mindfulness research before receiving my MSW from UC-Berkeley, and am trained in various modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. I have 6 years of experience working directly with transitional aged youth, and adults.
