Well Clinic removes the pressures of running a private practice

Throughout urban centers, “incubators” offer startups and entrepreneurs a place to learn from their peers, grow personally and professionally, and form a tight-knit bond with like-minded individuals. At Well Clinic, we have adopted the incubator model and applied it to our psychotherapy profession.

For associates still completing your hours, we’re here to help launch you. When you join the Well Clinic team, our intake and marketing experts will take care of finding the best clients to fill your caseload. Plus, we provide access to a wide variety of training and professional development opportunities.

We believe in the power of relationships, and our shared office environment and team culture promotes learning, collaboration, and friendship. Each quarter, we gather together for a community clinical training— and each summer we indulge in a staff retreat.

Our biweekly consultation groups are tailored to various modalities so you can choose the one that fits how you want to grow. We are a proud certified B Corp and just won an award for governance – meaning a third party has deemed us an amazing place to work!
