What is your favorite part about your work?
Seeing people grow over time and seeing myself grow through my work with others.
What is your favorite thing about San Francisco?
The North Beach, it still feels like old San Francisco
What is your favorite place you’ve ever been?
Cape Town, it reminds me a lot of San Francisco but its also a very unique place.

Describe one of your first few jobs.
My first fulltime job was front desk at a hostel in San Francisco and It was one of the best times of my life.
What’s one fun thing you wish you could do more of?
Go bowling! For some reason I only go twice a year, one of those times is my birthday.
CIRRENA’S APPROACH TO THERAPY
I often incorporate Narrative Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) into my work with clients. In my three years of studying Counseling Psychology at the University of San Francisco, I was able to learn how to use CBT effectively and work to mold it to meet each individual’s needs.
